ConfirmHub LLC is a consortium of firms vested in the trading transaction and clearing business. ConfirmHub provides the technological platform for a common confirmation processing system whose basic services are free to the industry. The system is designed to be an open, normalized standard for the industry and its schema exists within the public domain. The system is available to users via a web based user interface and/or two-way API. It is the stated purpose of the ConfirmHub to provide transformation and processing services. The ConfirmHub will not be in the business of consolidation, marketing or aggregation of data from its members. The basic services of the ConfirmHub shall remain free of charge. There will be value added services available for reasonable fees.
